The Test Setup

To simulate real-world usage:
Applied a constant 500kg load - equivalent to heavy industrial use
Ran continuously for 295 hours (over 12 days)
Completed 19,200 full rotation cycles
This represents approximately 26 years of normal operation

What We Observed

After the equivalent of a quarter-century of use:
The bearing maintained its structural integrity with no cracks or warping
We noted some expected surface wear from friction (visible as slight darkening)
All mechanical functions performed normally throughout the test
 

Why This Matters

This wasn't a marketing exercise - we genuinely wanted to see how our bearing would hold up under sustained heavy use. The results confirm what we've seen in field applications: these bearings are built to last.
