Unveiling GF PV Tracking Controller

Principle of PV tracking controller
1, High accuracy: tracking system using high-precision astronomical algorithms to calculate the sun angle, combined with high-performance microcontroller, making the system calculate the sun altitude. The control system is able to adapt to a variety of operating environments, not affected by cloudy and rainy days.
 
2, Intelligent feedback: the use of international first-tier brand tilt sensors, real-time closed-loop  tracking bracket movement angle, fully automatic tracking and no need of manual intervention.
 
3, High power generation: independently developed back tracking algorithm to further improve power generation efficiency. Modeling according to the shading of different terrain and algorithm optimization strategy, ensure that the panel always works in the state of no shadow from front row and extend the service life of panels.
 
Four working states of PV tracking controller
1, Normal (good weather conditions) for the sun tracking state.
 
2, Intermittent tracking. If there is a period of cloudy days or bad weather, the system will be screened as unsuitable for tracking, the whole system will be in a suspended state. When the light and tracking conditions are suitable, the system will send a fast tracking command, so that the tracker entered tracking state quickly. Afterward the program will carry out another set of signal acquisition processing to control fine tracking.
 
3, Automatic return to setting positions. After sunset, the system will automatically enter the dormant state and panels return to parallel position. The next day panels return to the orientation of rising sun for a new round of operation .
 
4, Protection from bad weather conditions: When the environment wind speed or precipitation and other factors are not suitable for the system to work, the PV tracker control unit will automatically adjust whole tracking system into corresponding safety modes, in order to avoid damage to the system.
